ALL NW Sports Physicals must be dated after April 15, 2025 for the upcoming school year 2025-2026. First official day of High School Fall sports is August 11th 2025. First official day of 7th/8th Grade Football is First official day of Middle School Fall sports is Monday August 25th.

Henry Ford Sports Medicine - Jackson is excited to conduct sports physicals for students planning to participate in athletics during the 2025–2026 school year.
