WINTER SPORTS ATHLETE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To Register Athletes for School Year 2025/2026 Click on top right hand corner sports registration. or click this link:
You MUST create a parent account FIRST then create your student-athlete and account by linking them together. The sports physical must be uploaded through the parent account. All athletic forms displayed as blue hyperlinks must be completed in both parent and student account by clicking on the link to electronically sign/approve all forms.
If you participated in a fall sport, please log into your account and click on a winter sport selection before tryouts.

Attached is a blank MHSAA Form to take to the sports physical appointment. Current physical must be dated after 4/15/25 and submitted through the athlete registration site by the official winter sports start dates. Please complete both pages of physical before submitting through registration.
